Wedding Welcome Guide

Yay! It's official, you have knocked out a crucial piece of wedding planning - securing your photographer! I know that hiring out your wedding photographer is a huge investment, both financially but more so with your trust. This is the beginning of your story as husband and wife, and I do not take it for granted that you've asked me to join you and capture the details of your wedding day. I am honored and humbled, so thank you!

Welcome! You've arrived to my Client Welcome Guide: Wedding Edition. This page will guide you through things to expect from me and a form to fill out about your decisions for your wedding day.

Expectations you can have of me

1. Communication - I will be available via text or email for whatever you need. I'm laid back with when you can communicate with me, whatever is convenient for you. I'll reach out to you at various times as well to see if there's anything I can help with and/or answer for you. I will also schedule at least two meetings with you and your fiancé, the first is our meet and greet and our final meeting is to review our wedding day plan and timeline together which I'll draft from the form you fill out.
2. Contracts & Invoices - All contracts and invoices are sent via email. Contracts and deposits need to be paid to secure your date, and invoices need to be paid in full to receive your gallery.
3. Gallery - All galleries are final and come to you via email through a password protected online gallery. You have downloading and printing rights. There will also be the option to designate individual images as "private" aka you don't want these to be seen by anyone else, these images will use a separate password. 
4. Day of Timeline - In our final meeting, we will sit down together and draft your day-of timeline. This includes getting ready, to arrival on site, all the way through to the reception send-off. I have a vast experience in helping things to run smoothly and stress-free!
5. Day of Wedding - Upon my arrival aka start time, I will capture details of the venue and then proceed to check in with the bride and groom via the maid/matron of honor and best man before proceeding to join either party for their getting ready photos (if applicable). Throughout your day I will be working and capturing photos in a style that is consistent with my portfolio. I will be openly communicating with you on where I am and what I'm doing, within reason. Prior to my time ending, I'll let you know and make sure to say good-bye.
6. After the Wedding - within 48 hours of your wedding, I will send you some sneak peeks via text. Within six weeks of your wedding, I will deliver your final gallery via a link sent to your email(s) on file.
